Order Details Problem

this is regarding the site: http://www.showoffgallery.in

Site is live. Under Testing Phase.

Paypal is integrated.

There is a problem with storing order details.
when data is sent from confirm.php page to order table it gets saved with last order in the db.

I did twice. same result.

Please can you tell me whats wrong with it?

I don't really understand the question as worded, you don't really include enough details.

However it sounds like you are saying when a second order is placed, it is overwriting the first.

This can happen if you place a second order using the same browsing session, which is not likely for your customers to do. you can add the following code to destroy the session on the checkout success page after the closing </html> tag to prevent this unlikely in the real world issue:

<?php
// Initialize the session.
// If you are using session_name("something"), don't forget it now!
@session_start();

// Unset all of the session variables.
$_SESSION = array();

// If it's desired to kill the session, also delete the session cookie.
// Note: This will destroy the session, and not just the session data!
if (ini_get("session.use_cookies")) {
$params = session_get_cookie_params();
@setcookie(session_name(), '', time() - 42000,
$params["path"], $params["domain"],
$params["secure"], $params["httponly"]
);
}

// Finally, destroy the session.
@session_destroy();
@session_regenerate_id();
?>

You must be using Paypal Standard.

With paypal standard, it is not a real time checkout system

to mark purchases based on the result of the transaction with the credit card company, you would need to set up an IPN page:
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/products/instant-payment-notification/

I dont recommend using Paypal standard because of this, in actual fact paypal standard is no longer supported in cart 6. I would recommend using Express Checkout instead express checkout is the same work flow for the website visitor, but it is a real time checkout, and will store orders only when processed through the CC company.

with eCart 5, you would need to run the checkout wizard for PayPal Payments pro, then remove the checkout form from the checkout page leaving only the checkout with paypal button.

Oh thats sad anyways.

Ok so on checkout page there are two forms. one for billing address & other shipping so where does billing address form be saved at?
In order details i can only see shipping details.

Regards
