MySQLi update record fails to update

Thread began 12/31/2014 9:01 am by malcolm230194 | Last modified 1/06/2015 3:02 am by malcolm230194 | 620 views | 3 replies |

MySQLi update record fails to update

I am using update record to change an order status value to filter orders by the stage that they have reached in production.

The status field is simply set to an integer value but the update behaviour doesn't save the new value. The behaviour is set to trigger on current page submit. Suggestions please.

Current page submit checks the referrer in the header. Sometimes that can be blocked by security settings and may cause the trigger to not fire.

Try a button press trigger instead and see if that works.

I've recreated the page with DataAssist and it works fine. What's going on with MySQLi?

Sorry Ray I hadn't refreshed the page and didn't see your reply. I changed it to button press and it works.
