Error when trying to load eCart 6

I'm using eCart 6, Designer Extender and Databridge, all latest versions to date. My Dreamweaver version is 11.5 build 5366.
When I try to create an eCart object using the dropdown menu in Dreamweaver I get an error (see screenshot attached)
I have deleted the DAT file cache and restarted Dreamweaver, still getting the same issue.
Please advise

It sounds like the WebAssist installer has not run to complete the installation of eCart.

Close DW, and open the Extension Manager. in the extension manager uninstall eCart, then install it again.

When you open DW, the WebAssist installer should launch to finish the installation. If it does not launch automatically, open a php page to start it. When the WebAssist installer completes, make sure to restart DW.
