When customer hits log in get redirected to page not found...
The redirect page is https://website.com/index.php?accesscheck=/index.php -- it says page not found. Not sure how to address this.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
I'm getting this issue right now. Interestingly, when I logged in to Webassist right now I got an "oops ... error page" on this site.
On my site, when I or a customer tries to log in they get the error page, if go back to the log in page it shows you as logged in and allows you to view profile and history, etc.

The page redirect may be wrong. Do you have a url and username and password I can use to reproduce?
An attached copy of the php login page would help to look at as well.
I'll need FTP access to debug and fix this. It looks like you may have a .htaccess rule that is messing up the page redirect but I'd need to dig deeper to figure it out.
There is an odd issue on your index page. If you add any url parameters it won't load. I couldn't figure out the cause, but I added code to make sure all url parameters are removed if it redirects to the index page.
You can see the issue by visiting:
https://store.csspub.com/index.php?
It shouldn't cause an error adding a ? to a url, but it seems to just on your index page. Maybe your server administrator could debug why that happens, but I've fixed the problem with a work around that prevents any url parameters from being added to the index page redirect.
