Cannot uninstall MySQLi from CS4

When I uninstall this extension from CS4 it removed from the Extension manager, but only partially from the program.

When the program launches I get this error.
-----
While executing onLoad in WA_unInstall2.htm, the following JavaScript err(s) occured:

At line 12 of file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Floaters\WA_Installer2.html":
curDOM has no properties.
-----

When I close the error it opens "STEP ONE: Finding Shared Files"
This step never completes, even left on overnight.

When I close that error, I get intermittent errors in DW until I reinstall the extension.

I have tried rebuilding the config folder, and get the exact same results. I have reverted back to the original config folder, as I would prefer not to rebuild everything from scratch again and re-install every other extension I own.

I just want to add that I get the same problem with any of the other Dreamweaver Extensions on CS4... Any other extension seems to uninstall fine.

ALSO: I just tested CS6 and tried to remove MySQLi from there. I get exactly the same results, except the error I get is:
-----
While executing timer, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:

At line 140 of file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\Configuration\Commands\WA_unInstall2.htm":
shareMatch has no properties.
-----

I must say - I do not like your newer installation methods. I really wish we could just download and install completely offline like we used to be able to do. I'm not sure if it's related or not with this problem, but I certainly don't like being so dependent on your server being up and healthy.

attached are updaters copies of the files from the errors that should fix them.

locate the users configuration folder, for details see this page:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Common-installation-issues

then copy the attached:
WA_unInstall2.htm
WA_unInstall.htm

into the Configuration/Commands folder

and the attached:
WA_Installer2.html
WA_Installer.html

into the Configuration/Floaters folder.

Jason... I am not able to see the attachments anywhere? Are they suppose to be visible here, or somewhere else?

Sorry about that. Have attached again to this post.

Thanks Jason... I was able to download and replace those files but the same error messages are occurring. The uninstall still stalls at step 1 "finding shared files" and will not continue.

Is there a manual uninstall procedure I can do? I'm hoping I don't have to rename the configuration folder and reload all of my extension - minus this one.

attached is an upadated copy of the configuration/WA_instaler/installed/xml/mysqliserverbehaviors_1-0-3.xml file, place that in the users configuration folder if you still have a problem:

Please provide a Skype username or a US phone number and a good time to contact you when you will be in front of your computer and we will have an engineer contact you to resolve this issue over the phone.

We are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm EST (except major U.S. holidays).

Thanks Jason ... that seemed to do the trick. The extension has uninstalled.
