URGENT HELP

I keep getting a Javascript error, have tried everything but nothing is working, can anyone help ????
and the cart does not work, will not show fields for inputting details and then to continue..
Yipes someone said this was the best cart to use.....not sure at the min
Very frustrated :(

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

if you continue to have a problem, please provide some additional details:

What is your OS?

What version of DW?

What extensions including the version numbers are installed?

What are the steps you are taking to encounter this error?

Have tried that, have deleted ALL extensions and have re-installed just eCart.
It happens when I am using the checkout wizard. Alway on the confirm_cart.php page normally when the wizard shows building cart.
See attached photos I have kept everything to a minimum to test this.
I am using:
DW CC2014.1
IOS: OSX Yosemite | Ver 10.10.1
eCart Ver 6.1.0

I really need to get this sorted out!
The only reason I got this cart is because Eway said it was supported.
Thanks for your help, as you can imagine I'm very frustrated as the dead line for this site is very soon.

Please provide a Skype username or a US phone number and a good time to contact you when you will be in front of your computer and we will have an engineer contact you to resolve this issue over the phone.

We are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm PST (except major U.S. holidays).
