How Do I Change Gateway from PayPal Payments Pro to Payments Standard?

I have a shopping cart that was originally set up for Payments Pro and am wondering how I would go about changing that to Payments Standard?

PayPal Standard is not supported in eCart 6. in eCart 6, use Express Checkout instead.

the way to change the gateway, is to delete the existing checkout pages and re run the checkout wizard and select the new gateway you want to use.
