login form not passing ID through to form

Hi,

I've had these forms working for months, and now for some reason a member has informed me they are not. When they log in and click through to our Update My Profile page, they are presented with a blank form (rather than a prefilled form with their data). Then if they fill in the form and hit Save, it doesn't get saved back to our database. These pages all used to work together beautifully and now something has gone wrong. I've attached the relevant pages. Can you take a look?

your login page was not set to create the session that was being used by the update_self.php page.

i edited the login behavior to save the email in the MM_username session that the update page was expecting.
