Hello, I've successfully done a blog for my site using the design extender, I have about 3 records showing with social media and I applied repeat region. When i click the share link under a particular article on the page which is displaying 3 records, the page is sharing the whole page link, instead of sharing the article of the link i shared

yes, you have the share link set to share the /blog2.php page.

you need to create links to a blog details page. the link tot the blog details page will pass the blog as an ID variable.

use that path in the share instead of sharing the current page.
