Menu Button disappeared

Hello
2 questions if I may.
1 I have a menu which show 4 buttons. (Image attached)
The last one called LINKS seems to have disappeared from the Edit Menu Content screen.

I am wondering what may have happened and whether I should just recreate that button?

2 I wish to add a further menu button.

Is there a way I can get the button size to become proportionate to the text in the buttons?

Thank you
John

1) Cant really say what may have happened, I am not able to reproduce the problem, I would try adding the menu item back

2) There is an option to use auto for the width, that will set the menu items to use the text width, however, this does not work very well in IE, so is not recommended in a menu you plan to be cross browser compatible. IE does not work very well with auto calculated widths.
