Activation Key Universal email

Activation Key Universal email

I tried to open UE but get the online activation message box appear.
I clicked on the Download Center link and it takes me to
http://www.webassist.com/account/downloads.php but I cannot see a serial number.
Can you advise me where to look please?

If you are using the old stand alone Universal Email 3 that is in your order history, scroll down the downloads page to the end, you will see the link for UE 3 in the Archived products section near the end of the downloads page. click the UE 3 link to go to the UE 3 download page which will have the serial number on it.

Thank you Jason I used that activation key.

Should I have a later UE somewhere, perhaps in supersite but I havent come across it yet.
Can you please advise me?

your order history includes Data Bridge, this contains the most recent version of Universal Email.

I have Data Bridge 1.2.1
When I go to Insert > webassist >universal email I see the Universal Email Form as attached image
However if I go to page http://www.webassist.com/dreamweaver-extensions/php-email I see a totally differnt looking form for creating an email message.
I suspect I have the wrong extension installed somehow.
Can you please advise me further?

Do you have both Data Bridge and Universal Email 3 installed?

Data Bridge is a replacement of Universal Email, you should have only Data Bridge installed and not any of the extensions that are a part of it.

Hello
I removed Universal Email and deleted and reinstalled Databridge.
I also removed the wincache file.
However I keep getting the error as per image when opening Dreamweaver.

Can you suggest what I need to do to get DW working again.

A bit more info, I tried to open
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\Shared\webAssist\documentEncoding.js
but directory \Webassist\ does not exist

The error suggests that the WebAssist installer did not run.

Close DW, then Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Common-installation-issues

next open the extension manger, and uninstall Data Bridge, then install it again.

when you open DW, it should launch the web assist installer, if the WA Installer does not launch automatically, open a php page to force it to start.

After the WA Installer completes, make sure to restart DW.

I think it was my mistake.
When I opened DW and saw the error messages I assumed that Dreamweaver had failed and so closed it before all errors had been cancelled. If I had kept DW open it would have taken me to the download and installer routine.
I will know next time!
