Lost Images

I am wanting to create a form for users to send a message from a website.

I am using a preset manager for this but find some image buttons are not showing.
Can you please advise me how to get the buttons showing correctly.

Regarding the form I would like to use a database table to store the information. How is this implemented when using a preset?
Many thanks

john

Please post a link where i can see the problem.

as for saving the form data, you need to add the Insert record server behavior to the page after the form has been created.

I thought I had sent the attached images.
This site is on my local PC.
I hope the images attached will show enough for you to see.
