Can't open WA server Validation

Hi. Its difficult to ascertain how and when this started to happen but I can no longer open 'Server Validation' or 'Validation Show if'. If I click on either of these a window flashes on the screen and thats it. I have tried uninstalling databridge and even uninstalled DW and re-installed but it is still the same.

Is this a known issue? How can I correct this?

What version of Dreamweaver?

What extensions including the version numbers are installed?

OS X 10.9.5

Dreamweaver cc 2014

Databridge 1.2.1 + deprecated DW panels

DW CC 2014 or 2014.1?

Make sure you have al updates to Dreamweaver installed. also make sure you have the latest updates t the extension manager installed, then uninstall Data Bridge and install it again in the extension manager.

after installing it again the extension manager, make sure the WebAssist installer runs when you open DW. if it does not launch automatically, open a php page to force it to start. after it completes, restart DW.

2014.1 .. I've tried all the uninstall re-install with no effect. I will try again when back in office tomorrow.

It may be that you don't have the latest extension manager updates installed, or that you will need to uninstall DW and the exteniasuon manager using the CC Cleaner tool, then reinstall DW and the extension manager:

Jason, i'm having a nightmare with this!! I proceeded to use the cleaner tool to do a complete uninstall of DW and EM. They got corrupted and wouldn't uninstall so and to contact Adobe who remotely accessed my computer and performed a cleanup of all adobe files. I have now re-installed DW, EM and then re-installed DW deprecated panels and Databridge. STILL can't access Validation!!

What next? I'm in office until 5:00pm GMT
