Universal Email Problem

I have created a basic contact form for a client and for some reason the form is submitting but it is not going to one of the email addresses on the BCC. In fact I initially tried to put the email address in question in the To and From section but it didn't work. I then also added it in the BCC with a couple of other email addresses just for testing purposes. This email address is hosted with GoDaddy under a C-Panel type account. Not sure what could be going on but my client is only receiving about half of the emails that are being submitted via this form submission. GoDaddy says that there is a scripting error somewhere????

if the email goes to some addresses but not to others, it cannot be a scripting error, it must be an issue with the SMTP server refusing to relay the emails for some reason, or the emails are being trapped as spam.

Sounds reasonable! Is there a way to see or set the SMTP server settings within Universal email? The reason I ask is GoDaddy seems to not be willing to take responsibility for this issue. I know that the email address in question is using GoDaddys outgoing server. Any thoughts???

to see the SMTP server settings, open the Server Behaviors panel, double click the Universal Email server behavior and click the envelope icon.

In my experience, sending emails using Go Daddy is very hit or miss.

I prefer to use 1 and 1 hosting where i have not had any problems with sending emails.
