What is your OS?

What is your version of Dreamweaver?

What extensions including the version numbers are installed?

I have the same thing. Windows 7, Dreamweaver CS6 and it's the latest version of Databridge 1.2.1, just installed today.

Is data bridge the only one installed? Or are there others?

have you tried:
reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

DataBridge and DataExtender

in the latest dot release for Data Bridge, we had to completely rework the activation components, this has not been updated in Design Extender yet, I bet the old activation from design Extender is causing a conflict in the new activation of Data Bridge 1.2.1. we have an update for design Extender available shortly that fix this, for the time being you should uninstall Design Extender and install only Data Bridge.

So now I can't uninstall. :(

If you wait a little, the uninstall should finish.

if you wish, you can rename the users configuration folder to do a quicker uninstall.

see this page for details on locating the configuration folder:

rename it, then start DW to recreate it. after it is recreated, open the extension manager, and uninstall all extensions, then reinstall them.
