Javascript error on server validation behavior

DW CS6
DataAssist 2.10
Security Assist 2.05
I get error when I try to edit wa server validation.
When I hit "ok" or "cancel" button I get
"While executing onUnload in WAFV_Server.htm, a JavaScript error occurred."
Line 20 on file
..Configuration\Commands\WAFV_Server.js:
aw.user_interface_onLoad is not a function

I reset the workspace layout, deleted cache file in the configuration folder (not one time, many times, restarting the computer), and reinstalled all extensions.
but the problem persist and I can't edit server validation behavior.

I also have Databridge (1.21) and ecart 6.1 on DW CC2014.1, but they has activation problem ( I posted the issue on other sections).
I can't use any of the products and got stuck.

What other extensions are installed?

Sometimes deleting the cache doesn't work without restarting the system

try rebooting the computer, then delete the cache again.

I deleted cache files and rebooted more than 10 times.
I also reinstalled DW itself and extensions but no help.
I disabled other extensions as well but no help.

You asked me to provide my skype or phone# on another thread about databridge and ecart6 activation issues.
This older version extension issue should be separated for the support?

Perhaps this is order of installation.

try uninstalling only Data Assist then installing it again and deleting the cache file again.

I uninstalled dataassist,
clear the cache,
rebooted,
reset layout
delete cache again,
installed dataassist,
but I still get the error.
"While executing onUnload in WAFV_Server.htm, a JavaScript error occurred."
Line 20 on file
WAFV_Server.js:
aw.user_interface_onLoad is not a function

This might be also the OS is Japanese one (win 7 x64)?
How can I fix this?

Validation is not a part of Data Assist 2.1.0 or Security Assist 2.0.5, can you give a complete list of the extensions that are installed, including the version numbers please.

My Mistake, server validation is a part of Security Assist. try uninstalling security assist, then install it again.

you might also want to try recreating the users configuration folder as outlined in step 12 of the Adobe troubleshooting guide:
http://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs4.html#main_user_config

After renaming the configuration folder, open DW to recreate it, then open the extension manager, uninstall all extensions, then install them again.
