eCart stop working - asking for activation again

eCart stop working - UNEXPECTED ACTIVATION ERRO:0

eCart 4.05 keeps asking for activation code - I reset the activation under my account enter the numbers and it keeps not activating showing unexpected error:0 i don't know what to do - I need this to work so I can keep working with the site on my Dreamweaver. Sending attached the error (print screen)
I deleted part of the registration code and left the last for digits and the green ticker

Int he private message section, send the serial numbers and the Mac Address for your computer and include your email address, I can use that to generate the licenses files for you to activate manually.

On windows, To find out the MAC address:?
1) Go to the Start Menu -> Run. Type "cmd" and click on OK to bring up a command prompt.?
2) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /all > c:\\ipconfig.txt"?This will create a file in your C drive called ipconfig.txt. This file will have the MAC address in it.

On Mac:
1) Open System Preferances
2) Go To Network
3) in the list of connections, select the active one, and click the advanced button
4) Go to the Ethernet tab and note the Ethernet ID

What is the exact error you are getting?

What extension, including the version number are you activating?
