That error means the SMTP server is refusing to relay the email message for that address.

you will need to contact the for information on why.

Forms no longer being received.

My forms are no longer being received. They worked at one time, now they don't.

Website forms:

Who is your host?

Depending on your host, you may need to set certain options in Universal Email.

Some hosts will work if you leave the SMTP Server setting on the Email Server Tab blank, others will require that you enter the SMTP server address.

Some will work using the standard Mail protocol, other will require that you use the Pear Mail for SMTP, some using Pear mail will require authentication.

Some hosts may require that the from address being used be a valid email address for your domain. Some may require that the option to include the from Email address be passed as an extra parameter.

To be successful with Universal Email, you will need to know the requirements of your host for sending an email using a PHP script.

Also, double check your Spam folder, it is possible that the email is being trapped as spam.

Where you say they worked before, it suggests a problem with the hot and not the code.

I can get forms using my email address on 1&1. I am not able to get forms using my email on this website only.

Please see my previous reply.

Who is the host for this site?

What are you using for the From Address?

What about the SMTP Server settings?

Godaddy is the host. I've never had a problem with them before. I'm using <?php echo((isset($_POST["Email_Address"]))?$_POST["Email_Address"]:"") ?> in the FROM ADDRESS.

How do I find the SMTP settings?

Most hosts, Go Daddy included require that the from address be a valid email address for your domain., you will not be able to use a dynamic From Address. if you click the from button in UE to access advanced from settings, you can use the dynamic binding for the reply to address.

To find the SMTP server settings, click the envelope icon in Universal Email.

Just FYI, Go Daddy is the most problematic hot for sending emails, their SMTP server can sometimes take days to relay the emails.

the normal SMTP Settings to use for go daddy are:
smtpout.secureserver.net
PORT: 25

but i have seen some domains use different settings.

From Address: <?php echo ((isset($_POST["Email_Address"]))?$_POST["Email_Address"]:""); ?>
smtpout.secureserver.net
PORT: 25

I'm not sure why it's not working. I even tried creating an email for the website rob@rottrescuela.org. I tried a different port (80) That didn't work either.

Like i have said, your from address needs to be a valid email address for the domain, it can't be a dynamic email address.

if it5 is still not working with a valid email address, you should contact go daddy to determine why they are not relaying the email.
