I purchased Super Suite 06JUN13 for my Mac. I attempted to upgrade the various applications today and a dialog prompts for the serial number - no go.

I downloaded the various current extensions today for Super Suite. When I restarted Dreamweaver CS6, the Webassist activation dialog appeared. I went online and attempted to input several of the extension serial numbers into the dialog and it will not see any of the numbers as valid. I tried copy/paste of individual numbers, the entire string and typing them in manually - no go. What do I need to do?

You should copy the entire serial number at one time and paste it into the serial window.

When you select the serial number, make sure you are not selecting any surrounding spaces, this can cause the serial number to not be accepted.

also make sure you are selecting the serial number that matches the product in the title bart of the activation screen.

I didn't see the dialog was asking for the "Free Tools" serial number. I copied and pasted that specific number and that problem is solved.
When I go to insert a new form into a blank web page the Form Builder dialog starts to appear for just a moment and then goes away - no error. CSS Menu Writer comes up ok. When I installed the new extensions, during installation the installer indicated I had a newer version already in place of several files. I responded to not update what was installed. Any ideas on how to get Form Builder to appear?

try uninstalling Data Bridge from the extension manager, then installing it again.

when you open DW, it should launch the web assist installer, make sure that completes, then restart DW to use form builder.

When you use form builder, make sure to define a site in DW first, and have a page from that site you want the form to be inserted into open.

If I reinstall Data Bridge will I loose all my presets?
Yes, I have a site defined and a new, empty PHP file for it to populate.

you can export them from the preset manager:
