How do I insert a pop-up calandar date picker into my form?

You can edit the form and then edit the group or add a group where you want the date picker. Then edit that group and change the form element type to date picker.

I am wondering if there is a feature to use pop up calendar in a reservation form with validation function. for example, I have 28/08/2009 as my arrival date, I must not be able to select departure prior to 29/08/2009, or you can give me an option to set minimum number of days, so the earliest possible date can be the next day, for example my arrival date is 28/09/2009, and I am saying minimum 3 days, so I must not be able to choose a date 01/09/2009.

I would also love if we can display number of days between my selected dates. so he will know how many days he will be staying there.

I hope you understood my point and I am sure you can make this very easily.

You can specify a start and end date in the server validation and calculate the dates based on the current date or start and end dates. The work is done with the two php functions date() and strtotime(), which make date manipulation pretty easy to accomplish.

Thank you for the reply, I have known this PHP function, but unfortunately I am not a programmer, so I need something pre programmed like WA extension, which we can apply through a wizard.

This could be applied through the wizard, but would require those funcitons to be used by hand. There is not a solution for that problem that doesn't require writing at least some php code.

I have a table with below info.

id, hotel, startdate, enddate, accomrate, transferrate, mealplanrate.

I need get rates for every induvidual date, transfer rate for start date, and transfer rate for end date, mealplan for eachday. also I have three four type of meal plans and three type of transfer. I want get these information from mysql and display it on screen according to user selected range.

I will be very thankful if you can give me a sample query for this.

It should explain how to write queries to retrieve data like you need.

You may also want to use Dynamic Web Charts, which can use dates to plot data over time. It writes those queries for you.
