I'm getting an error referring to /webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php on line 84

Good afternoon.
I'm getting an error on a validated page that also has security assist page rules applied.

The following error occurs if I attempt to login to the page without logging in first.
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/posi7y2a/public_html/members/welcome.php:2) in /home/posi7y2a/public_html/members/webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php on line 84

The same occurs if I attempt to login to other pages that have SA page rules applied (the following lines are applied to the pages effected).
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("Logged in to users")){

The following line was on line (1) which I moved to line (4)

I have verified that the BOM option is not check in the Modify - Page Properies - Title Encoding

As always your continued support is greatly appreciated.
