JavaScript error while loading WA eCart 01 Session.htm

Haven't been anywhere near the LED website we developed recently because we are terrified of yet further problems with the eCart extension but, today, we were asked to change a postage rule and make an edit to the shopping basket page. Changes to the postage rules seem to have been successful however upon simply opening the shopping basket page, and no surprise to us at all, we are faced with an unusual error message relating specifically to eCart:

JavaScript error while loading WA eCart 01 Session.htm:

At line 1298 of file
"C:\Users|Nathon|AppData|Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC 2014\en_US\Configuration\Shared\Controls\Scripts\WATrigger.js":}
missing } in compound statement

I would love to be able to use eCart just for a day without something like this happening but time and again we're faced with problems like this.
I would appreciate clarification on what this is and a resolution that doesn't involve wiping all our settings.

Thank you.

Attached in an updated copy of the Configuration\Shared\Controls\Scripts\WATrigger.js file that should fix the error.

Since overwriting the existing version of WATrigger.js with the version you've supplied above I'm now getting the following error:

"The WA eCart Adv CO script does not define the findServerBehaviours function."

When I "OK" that, which is my only option, I'm then shown:

"The WA eCart 17PersistInDB script does not define the findServerBehaviours function."

then...

"The WA eCart 18MasterDB script does not define the findServerBehaviours function."

then...

"The Persist Form script does not define the findServerBehaviours function."

In short it has gone from bad to worse and I'm concerned about how this could be affecting my site - this won't wreck scripts or any custom coding will it?

I hope you can help me eradicate these messages without me having to uninstall everything because I'm not confident, with the current problems with your extensions and the latest version of Dreamweaver, that I'll be able to install everything successfully and I simply cannot afford the down time at the moment.

Thank you.

try reseting the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

errors in Dreamweaver will not effect the pages that have been created.

Doesn't deleting the cache remove all the extensions?

no, it does not delate any extensions, it only deletes the cache file.
