PayPal checkout does not give option if not using PayPal

When we have the customer leave the site to make their payment on PayPal. It goes to the PayPal login page, it shows the PayPal login on the right and on the left it says create PayPal Account or Log In.

We have the preference for PayPal to be optional but it does not show the option of just checking out with your credit card. Is there a setting we need to add to eCart?

thanks,
Eric

This is just something that PayPal does to try and get the user to create a PayPal account before they checkout. In the message there is this line:

Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout.

You just need to click on the continue checkout link.
