PayPal PayFlow Pro Responses

Now that I know that I am using PayFlow Pro, I am trying to capture the Transaction ID to store in the database. I don't see that option in the bindings list for "Local Checkout Response (PayPal Payflow Pro"). Is there a way to capture that. Am I missing something?

Doesn't look like the transaction ID is part of the response, it is probably saved to a session before the response comes back.

on the success page, you can add the following code to dump the session contents and find the session that contains the transaction ID:

<pre><?php @session_start(); var_dump($_SESSION); ?></pre>

I have dumped the relevant session data in the PM since there may be personal data.

The "Transaction ID" is the "PNREF="

and the "Paypal Transaction ID is the "PPREF="

They are not individual session variables but are part of a string. I would I go about converting those values into variables I can use in the Summary DB Update?

open the bindings panel, click the plus button, select eCart -> Checkout -> Local Checkout response select payflow pro as the gateway, that wiull create bindings for the PNREF and PPREF variables that you can use.

Sorry... I don't know how I didn't realize that. Thank you.
