confirm.php -works on Mac, not on Windows

When I submit the confirm.php on a Mac, everything works as it should.
When this page is submitted on a Windows computer, the page re-loads, emptying the form info. Nothing more.
I've attached the confirm.php page as well as the process_transaction.php page.

I would really appreciate any help available.
Thank you,
John

Looks like you had changed some of the button types to images and in the process changed their names

I Updated the process_transaction.php page to add code to look for the new button names and set the post value for the old button names to fix the problem.
