Installing PowerGallery

I loaded url kodakorner.info/testing/PowerGallery the first time, it went through the checks on version/permissions page them serial number entry, told me I had invalid code entered, I entered a I instead or 1 when I reentered the correct code (the 1) the I now get

I get kodakorner.info/testing/PowerGallery/install_gallery/database.php 404 error, if I put that file back it gets deleted and that error shows. What do I do to move forward?
