SQL

Hi
I have just purchased the MySQLi extensions and I am struggling to even insert a single database item.
I get an SQL syntax error and by trial and error have narrowed the problem down to the public function declared in the first php code block
$Recordset1->execute();
I know that this is a public function declared in rsobj.php but as I am new to MySQLi, I am at a loss to know what to do.
I am running MAMP

ok, well at the least I Will need to know the exact error message, and have a copy of your page so I can see the code.

please post the full error error exactly as it appears in the browser and attach a copy of the insert page in a zip archive.

The error message is literally only: Error in SQL syntax

I was trying to add a repeating row but I have stripped all of that out leaving only the seven lines in the header. That's how I narrowed it down to the execute function.

can you also send an export of the Database table please.

Also, what version of PHP and MySQL are you running on your local server?

Yes server is running because when I was preparing the Recordset etc. I was able to see the table I want in 'test'.
My Skype Name is kjrglasgow and I'm in Scotland.
