Set up a ecart with alternate gateway

Hi, I'm trying to set up a cart using helcim gateway, This is not is your list of gateways so I was wondering could I simply choose authorize or one of the others then modify the code tor helcim? If so where would I find the code that needs to be altered. If not how do I go about having it done for me, if it can be done for me that is?
