Required field on checkout showing incomplete when filled out

Sorry to trouble you with what may seem a strange problem. I received this email yesterday from our client who we did an ecommerce site for a year ago. Below is her comment as well as two of the many comments she has forwarded to me. I have tested the site using a PC with Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10, a MAC with OS 10.8.5 and both Safari 6.1.1 and FireFox 29.0, a MAC with OS 10.5.8 and Safari 5.0.6. The site was developed using Dreamweaver and eCart 6.0.3

After testing I cannot replicate the form problem and have told the client so. My belief is that the customer cannot fill out the form properly, an issue which is uncontrollable. I believe the second customer comment is due to the customer not accepting cookies in their browser.

Could there be a bug in the in the software as I am at a loss as to the problem.

The url of the site in question is

Any advice you offer would be greatly appreciated.

I get these emails weekly (forwarded below) and I have to make Paypal invoices to help these customers. It is frustrating to think how many people have this problem and then to wonder who isn't calling/emailing and just going elsewhere. I know you have checked this issue and have had no problems but there are too many customers having issues; do you have any ideas to resolve this?

I wanted to buy 1 ounce bottle of Jagua tattoo gel online but every timeI go to check out it keeps telling me I left out a required field, the address, when I did not. I tried to retype it in both places with no luck. What should I do?

I just wanted to let you know that your website order page isn't working correctly. After filling out all the necessary information on the order page, your site automatically went back to the order form even though I filled out the form properly. It kept doing this several times.

I Would try to reach out to the customers reporting the problem to get additional information:

Browser version
and the exact information they are entering in the checkout form

It could be a problem specific to what they are entering, and you are not able to reproduce without entering the same.
