Is CSS Menu Writer Responsive?

I'm using Dreamweaver CC and am working on my first fluid grid design for a responsive website. I'd like to use my CSS Menu Writer for the menus. Is this going to allow for a responsive menu? If not, are there any plans for upgrades?

No, menu writer does not create responsive menu designs.

We plan to add responsive support in the next upgrade to Design Extender. i do not have a time frame for that though.
