Cannot use MIIS on xp home edition

Is there a way around this problem?

I am trying to set up the server using Microsoft Internet Information Server but this only runs on xp pro.
Is there a workaround?

Microsoft does not offer a stand alone IIS Installer.

You could install WAMP instead of IIS. WAMP Is an Apache, MySQL and PHP Package:
