Header error.

I m receiving an error on header. (error screenshot attached) This error is not received on my local server. i tried checking Unicode Signature BOM.. it was unchecked. Still facing problem.

Problem is with delete record page. When testing in local server record gets deleted but not at uploaded server.

I guess i solved it. I save as the file then unchecked the BOM thing.
