security assist problems

When i open the security assist create pages pane my connections say none, when i select my connection by pressing the define button it shows the connection and when i test it it says it was successful but when i press ok it goes back and says conections:none?

Any ideas?

Is your connection a MySQLi connection?

Security Assist is not compatible with the MySQLi connections, you need to use a standard MySQL connection.

The next Upgrade to Data Bridge will include an upgrade to use MySQLi. I don't have a time frame for that though.

ok, so i have done mysql and i can now see options but every time i try to add session variables or map fields dreamweaver crashes.

I also have everey page missing images

Try uninstalling Data Bridge and installing it again.

if the problem please provide some more details, what is you OS, What version of Dreaweaver?
