They work in CC but not CC2014

When I try to insert one of the PAYPAL buttons using Dreamweaver CC2014, nothing happens no matter how many times I click.

However, luckily I still have DW CC and DW CS6 installed on the same PC. They work as expected using the older versions of DW.

Are the 'Free Tools' not compatible with CC2014?

Make Sure you have the most recent updates for the extension manager installed.

in the extension manager, select the DW CC 2014 to manage extensions for that version. uninstall the Free Tools extension then re install it.

When you open DW CC 2014, make sure the WebAssist installer runs to complete the installation, if it does not run automatically, open a php page.

after it completes, restart DW.

Hello,

Yes - it worked.

Here are the steps in case anyone else has the same problem.

1 - uninstall Free Buttons extension.
2 - reinstall the extension.
3 - Open DW CC2014 so that the extra update can be applied.
4 - Close DW CC2014
5 - Reopen DW2014 and insert serial when asked.
