checkout.php page hangs

Thread began 8/04/2014 12:46 am by dnk2000375269 | Last modified 8/06/2014 1:09 pm by Jason Byrnes | 1809 views | 13 replies |

checkout.php page hangs

My checkout.php page hangs when I click Continue if the Credit Card option is selected as the default (please see attached picture checkout.php-HANGS.png). However, if I toggle the radio buttons, i.e. if I click on the PayPal option first and then click on the Credit Card radio option, everything works as expected.

By the way, these are pages that were generated directly by eCart. I have not made any changes to them.

I have attached my checkout.php and confirm.php files.

Please help.

OS: Windows 7
eCart: v.6.0.7
DataBridge: v.1.2

Thanks.

I am in the process of looking at your problem and will let you know when i have more info.

So far i have tried on 2 computers, but cannot reproduce the problem using Chrome or IE, 2 test transactions have gone through without a problem.

I will let you know when I have more info. yours is not the only thread that I am looking at today, so please have a little patience.

I'm not able to reproduce, I have trfied in a few systems.

try this:

in the webassist/framework/javascript/ajax.js file, look for:
setTimeout("window.WADFP_jQuery.unblockUI()",200);

and change it to:
setTimeout("window.WADFP_jQuery.unblockUI()",800);

Changing the setTimeOut to 800 solves the problem. Thanks for the help.

How do I make the "Order Confirmation" summary at the bottom of the screen to format properly. Where to chage it. Please see attached file.

Thanks for the help in advance.

looks like the cart CSS is missing from the confirm_cart.php page.

in the head section, add the css link:
<link href="WA_eCart/CSS/eC_Crisp_TahitiSea_Arial.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
