How do i get a Dynamic field in a result page to display content as hyperlink?

Using DataAssist I created a group of pages that collect user’s basic information for an Intranet site. One of the fields supposed to collect a resume file location i.e. \\public-documents\myresume.pdf then when display on the result page the resume file location field should be a hyperlink that when pressed opens the myresume.pdf file.

I would appreciate you help/guide to accomplish two things:

1) In the insert page form I would like to have a browse button that collects the address of the myresume.pdf file without having to upload file the just collect the address \\public-documents\myresume.pdf

2) On the result page I would like that field with the file address location to be a hyper link that when pressed opens the file from the collected address.

Thank you
Rene

1) Use the File Manager from HTML Editor:
WebAssist -> Forms -> Insert File Manager

2) uyou can create links useing dreamweaver's property inspector. Select the download text, in the property inspector, click the folder icon next to link, click the data sources button in the link tool to open the bindings panel, expand the recordset and select the corresponding column.
