I can't enter a credit card number without the error "Please enter your full credit card number, no spaces..."

I can't enter a credit card number without the error "Please enter your full credit card number, no spaces..."

I used the form builder to create the form at http://mywe.org/303tech/accounts.php but I can't enter a credit card number without getting an error message. No matter what card number I enter, I even went as far as to try a pre-paid card I have to make sure it wasn't checking for validity.
Also, the nav menu should be black and for some reason all the links on this page have turned light blue. What caused that to happen?

Make sure you are not entering any leading or trailing spaces. I was able to use a standard test number:
4111111111111111

and not get an error.

as for the menu, looks like this script on your page:

<link href="ui_totop/css/ui.totop.css" rel="stylesheet" />

<script src="ui_totop/js/jquery.ui.totop.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

is changing the nav color dynamicly.

The card number will go through just fine until you hit submit, that's when I get the error. I've made sure there are no leading spaces etc and it still does not allow the card number to go through.

I've noticed also that if I don't complete a field and get that error message "Please enter a first name" or any other field, that once I go back and fill that in, the submit button becomes inactive. Possibly related to the card number error?

Is this something I will see a response to in the form of an email? I have a client waiting for this form to work correctly and I'd like to continue using this software for future projects so I need to know what the problem was. If there is a certain time frame I should be waiting for, for the answer please advise so that I know what to tell my clients.
