Cannot uninstall extensions in Dreamweaver CC 2014

I have Dreamweaver CC 2014 and Adobe Extension Manager CC installed. When I open Extension Manager there are no extensions installed for Dreamweaver. When I try to install WebAssist Data Bridge I get this message. I get a similar message when trying to install eCart

The extension you are about to install conflicts with the following extensions. Do you want to remove the following extension and continue installing?
The extension'Data Bridge' installed in the product 'Dreamweaver CC 2014'
When I press 'Yes" I get this message. Error occurred. Eroor code is -451. The extension wil not be installed.

I have unistalled and reinstalled Extension Manager and Dreamweaver several times. Originally there was an extension in Dreamweaver for server behaviors, now that is gone. I do not have a clue where to go from here. Any ideas?

try recreating the users configuration folder as outlined in step 12 of the Adobe troubleshooting guide:

Jason, Nothing changed. No extensions show in the Extension Manager. When I tried to install 'Data Bridge' I received the same set of messages and error message. - Any Other Suggestions?

Try uninstalling The Adobe CC Apps from your system, see the following page for details:

then reinstalling the CC applications.

After uninstalling every reference to Adobe on my hard drive - all WebAssist extensions are now installed and working.
