Store Settings empty

I am getting an error transaction cannot be processed when trying to check out, and then when I checked settings I noticed that the store settings are empty as shown in attached. I also attached the checkout error from "view source".

The response back from paypal says:

Security Header Not Valid.

This means the API Credentials are not correct.

Double check the API Credentials in your account and make sure you have them entered correctly

If you click one of the settings categories like gateway credentials, it will popualte correctly and allow yo to make changes, For the initial display, I will need to look into the wa_settings table, in the private message section, please provide site control panel access so I can get to the database to troubleshoot.

Thank you - it was the api credentials I had incorrect. It is working now.

Now the shipping is not being added - Shall I open a new ticket? I added $6 in the additional settings on each product.

Do your products have a weight set?

Shipping is only applied if the cart has a weight. if you do not set the products weight when setting the shipping, it will not be included.

I tried adding a shipping rule of $6 per item, I tried using a flat $6 in the additional description and then ignore all shipping rules and that is the option I would prefer, that ignore option does not allow you to enter a weight. I am not sure if I need a weight defined in the shipping settings or in the product but I tried both and cannot see a charge for shipping. Thank You,

The weight needs to be added to the products. in the product settings.
