Shipping failed

We keep getting errors shipping failed when trying to checkout. http://www.mamabeehive.com/checkout_failure.php?shipping=fail

Customers have called about this. No one can purchase now. After signing in, I simply try to checkout and get the follwing:

ransaction Not Completed
We're sorry

Your transaction could not be completed due to a problem occurring while calculating shipping.

Please return to checkout and try again, or contact us.

on the checkout_failure.php page add the following code to write the session contents to the page:

<?php @session_start(); var_dump($_SESSION); ?>

this will include the response from the shipping provider with details on why the shipping lookup failed.

What should I do next?

i dont see any out pout on the checkout failure page

it looks like this is using Power Store? is it power store 4?

if so, go into the power store admin, on the settings panel goto the Store Settings and check the Enable Debug Mode option. that should write the session contents to the failure page.

there is no store settings nor a place to enable debug mode. I did this website a while back, and don't remember how this system works. (see attached)

You will need to login using the super admin account that was created during the installation. loos like you created a secondary admin account and are using that to log in instead of the super admin account.

Did you get a chance to see the issue when you ftp'd in?

where does the super user login?

The super user logs in at the same place where the regular admin user logs in, it is just a different username / password for the super admin.

You haven't supplied FTP information yet, so i have not been able to access the site files.

I put it in a private message to you. I will resupply it. Where in the database is the suerpadmin login. I need to retrieve it. Is there anything else you need from me?
