Uploaded Word/Excel documents being converted by extension

When I upload a Word or Excel file with your file upload extension and then download the uploaded file, then the documents seem to be converted into unicode(?). I can't open them correctly anymore.

It looks like the "conversion" happens, when I click on the download button. I've added the download counter.

Hi Jason. I found the problem. I just remember that I've had this problem some time agao. There were some empty lines in den page where the download code is placed. Removing them solved the problem so far.
