Transaction Not Completed, yet the x_login=///////&x_tran_key=/////////// were passing. What's the real issue? Authorize.net gave up.

issue successfully resolved

my resloution came by un-checking a certain form field requirement at AuthNet. Ray helped me resolve this very quickly.
