unable to add images or links

I hve recently gone to cs6, latest upgates for DB, DE,FT an MYSQLi , I have these issues

POWER CMS Builder
The video shows page optimisation where you can insert your metatags, where is it ? How do i get to it?

trying to add image,
select the icon, browse server, browsed for file ,selected it , upload to server, ensured still selected clicked ok

this populated the previous screen, in the preview window just the latin phrases no matter how I try I cannot get away from this scream, the only option that works is pressing the close icon in the tr corner and start the edit again.

Some thing similar is happening when trying to add a link the 'link' screen will not accept the ok button being pressed

any suggestions welcome

To add page optimization:

In your content, add new content areas named:
meta-title
meta-keywords
meta-description

use those content ares in the tittle, description and keywords tags.

For the other issues, what browser are you using? have you tried using a different browser?

Try updating the CKEditor files to the latest version.

in the webassist/ folder, rename the ckeditor folder to ckeditor_bak

On this page:
download

click the button to launch CK Builder. Select to use the Full Preset, and the Kama Skin.

Copy the downloaded CKEditor folder to the webassist folder in your site.

from the ckeditor_back folder, copy the following three files:
ckeditor.php
ckeditor-php4.php
ckeditor-php5.php

and paste them in the new ckeditor folder.

you will need to clear the browsers cache to see the updates take effect.

Also, in the webasssist/kfm/index.php add the following code after the <head> tag:

<meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=9" >
