File upload clearing data from table

Hi,

My file upload on my update form is not working correctly, when the form is processed if the file field is blank the field is cleared from the table so becoming a null value.

this is because you have the disabled attibute set for the insure_hidden element:

<input name="insure_hidden" type="text" id="insure_hidden" class="form-control" disabled value="<?php echo $row_rsTrader['insurance']; ?>">


disabled form elements do not pass a value.


remove the disabled attribute.

Thanks Jason, I've changed them to readonly, this is what I thought I'd done in the first place.
