I have a custom url that starting last night is showing as a blank page. Has anyone got any suggestions?

I contacted CafeCommerce and was told it was a pointing problem with Dreamhost. CafeCommerce was emailing Dreamhost about the issue. It was suggested that I contact Dreamhost as well. I did. Almost 7 hours later, I'm still sitting with a broken custom domain. Dreamhost says they can't redirect, I just have to wait for a special department to look into it. Has anyone got any suggestions? I'm sitting here unable to sell, and customers cannot reach me because email is tied to it as well.

The address is http://dpllconline.com. It took 3 days, but finally got it to someone in Dreamhost that fixed the problem. Per Dreamhost, it was an issue with some of the php in cafe commerce not meshing with Dreamhost. They changed their php for my site and got it working.
