Forms Not Validating

I have 2 forms and neither is validating the form. I'm not sure why they are validating. Here are the files.
buy-find-npo.php has a click to a field that needs to not be empty if the Click To Select NPO button is pressed and
buy-find-npo-part-2.php has a seller pull down that needs to be chosen. The default value is empty.

buy-find-npo-part-2.php:

form uses get method:
<form id="NewNPOForm" name="NewNPOForm" method="get" action="purchase-coupon-book.php">

validation trigger uses post:
if (isset($_POST["ChooseNewNPObutton"]) || isset($_POST["ChooseNewNPObutton_x"])) {

change to get:
if (isset($_GET["ChooseNewNPObutton"]) || isset($_GET["ChooseNewNPObutton_x"])) {

same on the other page, form uses get method, trigger uses post.

I tried that and it still didn't work.

all form processing must occur on the forms action page.

you have the action of the form set to go to another page:
action="purchase-coupon-book.php"

the validation will need to be applied on the page.
