activation

Also having trouble with activation even after resetting all activations... it tells me there are too may activations already. And this is my only computer, so should only be one activation.

Any help in getting this activated would be greatly appreciated.

In the private message section, send the serial number and the Mac address for the active connection.

On windows, To find out the MAC address:?
1) Go to the Start Menu -> Run. Type "cmd" and click on OK to bring up a command prompt.?
2) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /all > c:\\ipconfig.txt"?This will create a file in your C drive called ipconfig.txt. This file will have the MAC address in it.

On Mac:
1) Open System Preferances
2) Go To Network
3) in the list of connections, select the active one, and click the advanced button
4) Go to the Ethernet tab and note the Ethernet ID

i can use that info to generate the activation license file for you.

Thanks Jason, but that didn't seem to work either.

I tried to rename the config and start over, but couldn't get that to work. Any other ideas?

Thanks
