User Update Page Issues

Hi, I used SA to generate login, logout, emailpassword, etc pages Everything works except User Update. I find the documentation pretty sketchy, so I'm not even sure how it's supposed to work. Isn't the form supposed to populate? Mine is blank. And when I enter info it give me errors like" The value you entered for the Email field is already contained in our records". Also the field warnings (like "Please enter a value") all have junk characters after them. My update.php page is attached and the url is www.prosportscollectors.com/update.php

What version of Data Bridge did you use to create the Security Assist pages?

The most recent version is 1.2.0, it looks like this was created using an older version.

uninstall the previous version from the extension manager, then download the newer vession from your account and install it.

after installing the extension in the extension manager, Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Common-installation-issues

then Open DW to start the webAssist Installer. If the WebAssist installer does not start, open a php page to force it to launch.

After the WebAssist installer completes, restart DW.

you will need to delete the existing security assist pages and re run the wizard to recreate them.

I used the previous version, 1.2.0 only came out a few days ago. You mean I have to delete my entire suite of SA pages that I just spent hours on, register, login, logout, forgotpw, and update again, because of an update from a few days ago???

"I used the previous version"

what version, specifically?

I didn't write it down before I upgraded. Either 1.1.9 or 1.1.8, not sure which.

I'm pretty sure the version you used to create the pages had a bug that has since been fixed.

so using the 1.2.0 version to create the pages should not have this problem.

if you provide a test login to access the pages, and ftp information in a private massage, I can probably troubleshoot the page to fix it if you don't want to recreate them.

I will try to recreate them then. Good practice I suppose. Does the fix also cure the issue of all those unneeded characters after "Please enter a value" and so on?

I dont see those characters in the code, and I cant see your page that you linked to without a login, so cant really say, to be 100% honest.

if you continue to have a problem, provide login details in a private message and FTP info so I can access the site files directly to troubleshoot.

Hi, I recreated all the SA pages, login, logout, etc. WA gives a bunch of error messages. The problem seems to be with the login page, where the code for "Remember my information" and "Log me in automatically" is now missing. Everything else is working. See attachment.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
