database.php disappears so I can't get to step 3 in the install wizard

I am still getting this error after entering my PM serial number and try to go to step 3 of the installation.

I uploaded the files via Dreamweaver, would that cause this issue with the database.php disappearing?

I also renamed the PM root folder to contacts.

Everytime I try and upload the database.php file it just shows on the remote server then instantly disappears.

I am experiencing this same problem when installing Power Gallery. Can you install the database.php file for me please?

Never mind, I was able to fix this.
