Hi Jason.
Thanks for reply. I have answered next to your questions below.

What is the text of the error?
First error dialog box just says: "The following Javascript error occured:" and no error showing.
Then the second dialog box says: "While executing object Tag in Text Field.htm, a Javascript error occured"

What Version of DW are you using?
CS6

What is your OS?
Windows 7

What extensions, including the version numbers are installed?
DataBridge 1.1.3
Design extender 1.1.3
Ecart 5.0.7

Please provide the steps you are following to produce the error.

I am using the insert menu/Form/Text to insert a text field in a form.
The same problem occurs if I try to insert a Text area or a Fieldset but not if I insert a Date or Color field.

Hope this will give you the correct information.
Kind regards
Rolf

There are newer versions of Data Bridge and Design Extender available.

You should uninstall Design Extender and Data bridge from the extension manager, then log into your account to download the most recent versions and install them

after installing to the extension manager, start DW to launch the WebAssist installer. If the WebAssist installer does not launch automatically, open a php page to force it to start. make sure to restart DW after the WebAssist installer completes.

NOTE:
The Insert -> Forms access point is a built in Dreamweaver function. That is not an access point that we added. if you continue to have a problem, you should contact Adobe for support
